Shipping and Payment

We deliver to Bulgaria and other European Union countries. We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday. Orders received Monday to Friday by 12:00 noon are dispatched the same day. On Saturdays, the cut-off for same-day dispatch is 11:00 am. All times are Bulgarian local time. Orders received after these cut-offs are dispatched on the next courier working day.

For deliveries within Bulgaria, customers pay shipping when using cash on delivery. When paying through the website or by bank transfer without cash on delivery, we cover Speedy shipping to an office or address in Bulgaria. Econt shipping is charged at the courier’s rates.

DPD delivery of Air Helper Spring Kits for Coil Springs to other European Union countries costs EUR 25 for 1 kit and EUR 35 for 2 kits, with an estimated transit time of around 5 working days. For 3 or more kits, please contact us at office@airhelperspring.com for a shipping quote.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For distance purchases, consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To request a return, send a clear message to office@airhelperspring.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and the products you wish to return. For assistance: +359 898 474 094.

Send the goods back no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. For returns at the customer’s request, the customer pays the direct return shipping costs. Return address: No. 5, Street 29, Kichevo village, 9151, Aksakovo Municipality, Varna Region, Bulgaria.

Product Exchanges

We accept exchanges for another product. To arrange an exchange, please contact office@airhelperspring.com.

Condition of Returned Goods

Pack the product securely for transport and return the accessories supplied with it. You may inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for this inspection.

A discounted price does not in itself remove the statutory right of withdrawal. Statutory exceptions apply.

Refunds

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we refund the amounts due, including the standard original delivery charge, within 14 days of notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier. Any additional cost for a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery is not refunded.

Refunds are made using the same payment method, unless we expressly agree otherwise at no additional cost to the customer.

Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods

Your right to make a complaint is separate from voluntary withdrawal. The 14-day period does not limit your statutory rights in the event of a defect or non-conformity. We pay the return shipping costs for a valid complaint.
